“EEO is always couched in codespeak, lest their racism be obvious to all”
I always put African American. If it is anonymous it shouldn’t matter. But after submitting the same resume to the same company as both black and white and having my black resume pulled, I realized the EEO and college is the recruiting tool. Everything in between is crap.
