Here’s reform for you......Put all CEOs of companies hiring illegals in jail.
I happen to be both Texan and bilingual, am not hispanic, stand up for myself, recognize that my state is heavily hispanic and that most are patriotic Texans and Americans, and don’t take any crap from the rest of them.
Where are you when I’m standing on line getting snubbed because I don’t speak or look Hispanic?
You haven’t spoken with many ‘non Hispanic’ college applicants lately, have you?
If they were going to pass better laws on legal immigration, that would be good. If they were going to pass better laws to punish illegal immigration, and prevent those who are caught here illegally from every entering legally or following any path to citizenship, that would be good. In reality, the RINOs are probably going to harm our country, and they probably know it, but they are probably getting well paid by the businesses that hire criminal illegals.
We don't do it because it only affects minorities and
Then maybe we shouldn’t give the GOPe the Senate
It’s never dead, they would just like to make dissidents shut up long enough to say “nobody said nothing this time” as they pass it around midnight on a Friday.
Place your bets Hispanics!
Actually, reading between the lines, this may be a good sign, as Republicans now seem to be writing off Amnesty for this year - and we have to win one battle at a time.
Next year, if things hold, the Senate will be much more conservative and the House could also be more conservative. Sure, they may take up Amnesty again, but they will be MUCH MORE likely to listen to our concerns too. So let’s not get worked-up about next year - we still have a HUGE THREAT hanging over us this year.
Yea, what the heck, help the Dems stay in power.
Very smart.
Great. A reason not to give the GOPe the Senate this November. If they are just going to act like Dems why bother?
BTW, shove it all you (R) loving FReepers.
