Why an oil line? It might or might not catch fire. Typically relatively easy to turn off. Probably the major gasoline / diesel lines would be a better target if they were going after liquid petroleum products, or if they wanted a big big big bang for a little buck, there's always natural gas pipelines in just about every major city in the world.
Or just blow up one of the major fiber trunks and really hurt us.
