In the US, the one drop rule is used. So Obama is black. OTOH, in South Africa, Obama would not be black.

You know how these liberal idiots work ... we’ve got to have a black president ... because he’s black. Then we’ve got to have a woman ... because she’s a woman. It will then be we’ve got to have a homosexual .... because .... well, I believe Hillary will get 1/2 credit on this one. Then they’ll want an Indian like Elizabeth Warren. Then a Latino ........ etc., etc., ....

We need to call Obama black so we can cross this one off the list for the liberals.
