“Today, I accepted the resignation of Dr. Robert Petzel, Under Secretary for Health in the Department of Veterans Affairs," Shinseki said in a statement.

Interesting since no investigation has been completed yet. Under Zippy, no investigation may be started either. Shouldn't Shinseki be stepping down first?
