They’ll blame the higher costs on “greedy” power companies just like they did with Obamacare and the health insurance companies... With these people regulation never increases costs - only greedy companies and those greedy companies need to be regulated further if not completely taken over by government so that it is “fair”...
As such, they so really don't care about costs because they don't have to.
ObamaCare has turned private health insurance into PUC's as well.
