"The machine guns are needed to kill citizens of the United States. Anyone disagree?"
Can't say I do. We've been watching this advance for many years now, haven't we?
Good to see you still around, Robert.
We have. The ebb and flow of human freedom is once again leaving us behind, with a long melancholy roar.
We fought this fifteen years ago and it was successful. But the opposition changed tactics last time, and we didn't. We've been successfully capturing the states and driving the Second Amendment into political culture on a statewide level.
The Federal leviathan has been arming to the teeth and pushing
that meme downwards. It is a terrible strategy, for it begs much bloodshed in pursuit of their ideological triumph.
But as is said, "quantity has a quality all of its own".
- 113 million U.S. citizens between 18 and 44 (U.S. Census Bureau)
- 114 million handguns, 110 million rifles, and 86 million shotguns (Congressional Research Service)
Three percent is 3.4 million belligerents.
That's enough to implement 4GW no matter who you talk to.
Including cynical old patriots like ourselves. Good to see you also.
