Why does the VA have police at all?

I don’t know. I don’t know why the Obama Administration feels its necessary to destroy ammunition held by the regular U.S. Military and buy up millions of rounds of ammo for BLT, IRS, Homeland Security, TSA, Dept of Interior, etc.
