I believe that Occidental was not defrauded because at the time he attended there Barry Soetoro the adopted son of Lolo Soetoro was likely an Indonesian citizen and not an American citizen. There is no record of Obama ever repatriating himself after his Mom gave up his citizenship so he could attend school in Indonesia. It is probable that legally Obama is not even a US citizen today and his name is still legally Soetoro as far as anybody can determine. That is what he is hiding in his birth records in Hawaii. He just decided to start calling himself Obama one day and stopped using his legal name of Soetoro.

He might have assumed the Afro-Islamic name of “Barack Obama II” as part of his initiation into the Nation of Islam.
Obama Sr. is either his true biological father, or just some African guy his mother slept with to celebrate on the night JFK was elected (count backwards 9 months from BHO’s alleged birthdate of 04 Aug 1961).
Either way, the known paper trail agrees with you, that his legal name is Barry Soetoro and he is legally still a citizen of Indonesia.
