Okay, now is the chance for us to all man up. Did you read my original post? In 2007/2008 Free Republic was upset that Senator Obama was negotiating with foreign governments and should be prosecuted for it? So, what gives, these laws apply to some people and not others.

Conservatism only works by having a consistent ideology and sticking to it. Too many conservatives are adopting left wing thought patterns. Conservatives are supposed to be for the Constitution and the rule of law. Are you saying that conservatives were unfairly attacking Obama back then, or Cruz is doing something he shouldn't know?
