If we comment on Obama's ambiguous and possibly undefined gender, is that a hate crime? What about that communist's ambiguous race, which is also a mix of the two most obvious guesses? The same for his religion, which he claims is Christian although for some reason few people believe his claim. As for sexual orientation, is there anyone alive who believes Obama is straight, and will it become a hate crime to wonder whether Obama even has an orientation?
