Hagel, Kerry, Holder, and the rest are as incompetent as Shinseki. But the most incompetent is their boss.
Remember, any organization, company, institution is only as good as its leadership is good. And, the people in it are only as good as the leadership allows them to be, good.
So, if the leadership is poor and as arrogant as this twit, then those under him cannot be better because that would make him look bad and dull.
His problem is that he should have left before all this hit the fan.
