Don’t feel you need to make too much effort. I can always find it on the net.
Still not feeling 100% yet. I’m beginning to think I’ll never get back to feeling the way I did before. I’ve gained 20 lbs since I had to quit smoking. Had to go out and buy some new clothes.
Hopefully, my old dog Blaze and I will get back into better shape this summer.
