Just what is the definition of “High Crimes and Misdemeanors”? If his own administration has admitted a law was broken, then would this be a felony or misdemeanor? If a felony or misdemeanor has been committed, shouldn't law ENFORCEMENT file charges against those who have broken the law? If Obozo himself signed the law and complained that the law he was signing was a usurption of the executive branch powers, yet signed it into law anyhow and then broke that same law a year and a half later, could that statement be used as evidence of intent to break the law? I'm just trying to help you law enforcement folks...come on now, ask some qwershuns. If congress does not hold the president accountable, the rule of law is over. The law only applies to citizens, not oligarchs.
However the lawlessness of this administration goes back to the first few days. Ask the Chrysler and GM "secured" bondholders. Ask them what happened to the "security" that was supposed to back the bonds they held.
As I remember it, the security was confiscated by the government and given to the UAW et. al. How is that legal?
