I would never excuse capital murder and I think if he did it, your Step Nephew should be executed, but from reading the story, it seems that Chantell Mixon started all this mess. I hope she does hard time.

Had Tyler gone into the establishment with intent to commit a crime, he’d be in serious trouble. That not being the case, and him possibly not being involved in the fighting, he could be okay here.
