Nullification is unconstitutional. We need a 25 year convention of the states plan to get 38 states to agree to 25 year term limits for federal judges, and a balanced budget amendment. That’ll fix it. Just ask Mark Levin.

Nullifying an unconstitutional act is unconstitutional? I don't think so. The federal government has no legitimate power outside that delegated to it by the Constitution.

Let's all hope the Convention of States proposed by the Citizens for Self-Governance gets off the ground. But if not, states must prepare for financial independence from the feds and start nullifying egregiously and grossly unconstitutional federal acts.
