My daughter splained Slenderman to me. It’s an internet meme. Obviously, the girls did not go into the woods as Slenderman proxies which tells me they really didn’t believe their own story.

These stories appear on websites that are NOT suitable for pre-teens or even teens. Some parents weren’t paying attention.

the articles I’ve seen indicated they knew what they were doing was wrong ,but showed no remorse.
