The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

"King Barry" is starting to tread on some dangerous ground here, perhaps...and one can hope it's still not too late to reverse the worst of his policy actions, and put a spoke in his ongoing agenda.

Basically, Obama did not consult with Congress because Congress would have said “no” and our child-in-chief cannot be denied anything he wants!

Well, it’s good to know that Mohammabama’s act of treason was well thought out and carefully planned, rather that a spur of the momemt thing. /s
