More shrinking!
T. Cochran (i) 50.3% 63,813
C. McDaniel 48.0% 60,839
T. Carey 1.7% 2,194
Cochran .3 above the runoff bar now. McDaniel is on his heels!
T. Cochran (i) 50.3% 63,813
C. McDaniel 48.0% 60,839
Having out of state rock ribbed conservatives come in and campaign for you, or
Depending on your rival party to put you over the top???
I wonder how the Delta will vote.
Good grief. Dims voting for Karl Rove’s Cochran. Sickening.
They don’t want their checks cut off.
Prayinig.... and hitting refresh so often I’m afraid it might break!
Hmmm, well Cochran would do anything to win and secure his pork-barrel and his good time girls.
So, the question is... can McDaniel make up 3300 votes with half the state remaining... but Hinds already counted (for the most part)? I guess we’re about to find out.

I vote for having the rival party putting you over the top as being the worse.
So, urban areas seem to be going for Cochran, less urban to McDaniel. If I didn’t know any better, would think it’s DEM vs.GOP..guess it pretty much is!
All we have to do is force Cochran into a runoff. With Carey getting almost 2%, thats a real possibility.
So will the conservatives in the Republican Party come November...
/johnny
Oh yeah. Without a doubt.
Could eventually blow up the party.
T. Cochran (i) 50.8% 82,073
C. McDaniel 47.5% 76,669
Cochran got the Humpreys county results in to put him back up, but he hasn’t got much left now.
bump
I wonder how much of the Coast is remaining to be counted. Gene Taylor is beating Steve Pallazo in MS-4. So... they’re not afraid to throw the bum out... although that’s really a race between two bums... so they’re not afraid to throw the incumbent out is more accurate.
The republicans will get conservative, or they will be destroyed.
