As for declaring war... we’ll never see that again because congress is incapable of doing so. All we have now is disputes or limited engagements that last years.
So, we’re not technically at war, but ARE at war for the consumption of the masses? Has anyone reconciled our “state of conflict” with an actual Declaration of War?
The reason I ask all of this is that many are not even aware of what actual war is, nor understand how we get there. War is serious, where “war” is political theater.
I understand what you said, but isn’t a Declaration of War required? Wishy-washy shit doesn’t cut it.
