Never say never, but I fear Army Guy is correct simply because Democrats can cross over and vote in the GOP primary. SC has no party registration, thus open primaries.

Also the challengers really do not seem to be trying as evidenced by the lack of media ads that directly attack Graham. Maybe they are keeping their powder dry and saving scarce resources for what will hopefully be a runoff.
