Seems to me that there was another report, which was very much as this ladies.
And there has been plenty of speculation that the plane was likely shot down by someone and that’s why everyone has done what they could to make sure it wasn’t found.

Ping to this thread!! I think your call is the right one, Matt, as I've seen posted on other threads, as to what went down on that flight (unless I misread, your take is that, essentially, it was one wacko Muslim pilot who met resistance).

People don’t sail across the Indian ocean without the most up-to-date radio equipment..
If she saw a plane on fire she would have contacted another boat or a port etc..
also she probably had a satellite telephone etc..
