He loves to yank Republicans’ chain then blame them for being obstructionist. I don’t think there would be organized violence but I don’t know his game. PERIOD. FULL STOP.

I guess the question has to be asked what would happen if Obama decided to release all the remaining detainees to various third party countries? Would Congress really do anything? Would there be a real citizen movement to remove Obama? Or would Obama have just cemented that he really is above the law and can decree anything?

Of course he does, he can do anything he wants, because there will be no consequence whatsoever at all.

Never let it be said that Obama learns from his mistakes.

No doubt he’ll go down in history as the Worst President in the Entire History of the United States, bar none.

He can do anything he wants. Anything. The Senate Democrats will protect him from impeachment.

The senate Democrats cannot protect him from impeachment. The house Democrats and feckless RINOs will likely see that it doesn’t get that far.

If the unlikely happens, then the senate Democrats will protect him from conviction, just as they did with the impeached Bill Clinton.

Agreed. That was my point. No conviction. He can do whatever he wants. Should have stated it differently.

Sorry, didn’t mean to sound anal or critical. Hadn’t had my coffee yet! No offense intended.

I think it’s important that all who read the comments understand the process, which was the reason for my post. This is one of those terms that are often misunderstood, and the more of us who have a handle on it, the better!
