Correct. And the State has had more to do with killing off the small business owners more than a thousand Walmarts could ever do. What with excessive taxes, codes, permits, regulations, and more taxes... Mom and Pop don’t stand a chance.
Another thing. These liberals hate Walmart and love the Mom and Pop? They should know that Walmart is the ULTIMATE Mom and Pop. In the early 60’s Sam Walton and his brother opened his dime store in Rogers AR on a wing and a prayer.
Walamrt is the glorification of an American success story. And they did it without bailouts from the government. They did it in spite of the government.
And that’s why these liberals are so angry.
