Mark Udall Gets Support From Gun Control Group

Democrat incumbent Sen. Mark Udall (Colo.) will receive support from an out-of-state gun control group in his reelection campaign, after backing stricter gun laws in the past.

Americans for Responsible Solutions, the group founded by former Rep. Gabby Giffords and her husband Mark Kelly, has raised more than $15 million in support of candidates like Udall, who wants a return of the assault weapons ban. The group wants to limit gun owners to 10-bullet magazines, and to “examine” America’s “glorification of violence.”

Following the Newtown, Conn., shooting at an elementary school, Udall called for a return of the 1994 ban.

“I’ve come to the conclusion that military style weapons really don’t have any place in our society,” he said in December 2012. “We ought to reinstate the assault weapons ban that served us well for 10 years from 1994 to 2004.”

I hope this will get the ultralibertarian weed toking element in Colorado to want to vote his sorry a$$ out of office. But they will probably be too stoned to notice.

So first, Bloomberg, Mark Kelly etc., pour money into our DEMOCRAT politicians for hire pockets to take away our rights, then they campaign to raise our taxes and now they want to ram Mr. Obamacare cheerleader/modern self defense rifle banner down our throats...
I’m tired of of out of state special interests ruling Colorado.

I wonder if he’ll have the cajones to put that message (he favors gun control)on the air? The only commercial playing in El Paso county right now by Udall is one banging the drum about how Gardner is too radical for Colorado because of his stance on abortion and how Gardner is against women...He’s going with the war on women meme

Yeah. They say Gardner wants to OUTLAW abortions. And the whole rest of the commercial is pictures of Gardner with the word OUTLAW superimposed.

Subliminal.
