AP is arguing in the alternative for their client. Obama didn’t do it. If he did it was because he had to to save Bergdhal’s life. If Bergdahl was not sick as it appears, then it was because the Taliban made him do it etc etc.

I really hate to be a broken record, but Ø is but a symptom.
The thing is that I cannot believe that he gets away with so much. Quite frankly I think he and Michelle might be testing us. I swear the two of them are probably laughing at night saying, “can you believe I got away with that”. Michelle probably says, “Hey Barrrrrrack, try this one tomorrow and see what happens.” They both crack up.
