The author raises the 14th Amendment issue although when you enlist, you are now under the Uniform Code of Military Justice -
the author is a vitrolic blabbering idiot who promoted Feinstein and Hillary, Joe Manchin and Jay Rockerfeller, among others, to the Republican party in this hit piece, “yes, all are members of the GOP”. I wouldn’t expect this person to know the difference between civilian and military courts. It’s a wonder the author can navigate traffic signs. (I won’t even go into what I think about the editor who approved this drivel.)
