Hey..! It looks to me that this stuff was designed to be sold to KIDS..!!!

I mean...COME ON...CANDY BARS....COOKIES..!!!

The Obama administration banned flavored tobacco on the grounds that it might make it more palatable to kids/teens.

Of course, menthol was exempted from that ban.

Tobacco advertising is restricted from having cartoonish figures and other things.

Alcohol advertising is restricted in word and image too (not merely “health” claims but sex and other lures).
