Whoa, whoa, whoa back the train up...so the crime is taking pictures of and documenting the crime...That is the problem here...that someone actually recorded the crime occurring and now that is a crime. WTF is wrong with my country?!?

WTF is wrong with my country?!? The problem is that now the law is whimsical — you are only 'guilty' when your offense is against those in power, when your 'offense' lines-up with those in power it is justified, when your non-offense is against them then things are reread/reinterpreted so that you are 'guilty'.
