I'm not sure I totally agree with that, however, before you get the idea that I'm defending them or denying they're mentally ill...
I suspect that sociopaths have a higher tendency towards homosexualism, which is why it's more prevalent in prisons.
I believe most MALE homosexuals (and this is an important distinction, male homosexualists and female homosexuals are not the same) were molested as children. This would explain the 300 X more likelihood of them molesting male children. This shattering of a child's innocense, as it were, leads to them having sexual relations with a shockingly high number of other partners (heterosexuals @8, homoists @115).
I suppose some male homosexuals are "born that way" just as some folks are born with depression, a tendency towards alcoholism, rage disorder, etc. but the majority were molested as children, and keep raping children to make the next generation of homos.
These people need help. To tell an alcoholic (for example) that "drinking is just fine for you! Let's make accommodations for you and if anyone tells you that you drink too much, they should be punished. YAY!!! Let's celebrate your heroic alcoholism!" is simply cruel and destructive. The cornerstones of liberalism.
