Students at 24 Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools will eat free next year, regardless of family income. The schools, among the district’s poorest, will serve breakfast and lunch to all students for free starting in the fall under a new program from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Community Eligibility Provision is an amendment to the National School Lunch program, designed to improve access to healthy meals for students in low-income schools. Students at the qualifying schools will be automatically enrolled in the free meal program and will not need to submit a paper application. .....

Rural areas and small towns will be de-populated as people are moved to urban areas where the government handout centers are located.

No one eats ‘free.’
The meals are paid for via taxation of working Americans.
How do they feel about feeding other people’s kids?
With food stamp usage at all time highs, why do we have to prepare their meals too?

Just food? What about clothes, shoes, Christmas gifts, allowance, piano lessons and Disney World trips? How about tucking them in at night and kissing boo-boos Don’t they care?
