Just from looking at that photo, I can think of 4 different ways to disable it completely and another 3 on how to reduce it 0% combat effective.

Let them have their false sense of security. They come for our guns, it isn't the "foot soldier"/cops who will be the primary targets. It'll be those giving them their illegal orders...
