The US secretary of state, John Kerry, launched a new global effort on Wednesday to save oceans under siege from over-fishing, plastic pollution and climate change. Kerry said he hoped to build momentum for the protection effort at a two-day summit at the State Department next week. The 16-17 June gathering will for the first time bring together world leaders, business executives, scientists, and environmental activists in an attempt to deal with major threats to oceans. Well... those things are true. And they need to be dealt with in an intelligent way.
However, the government, and especially Kerry, will try to blow as much money as they can while accomplishing nothing.
He should fall out of his yacht into the world’s oceans....

ANYTHING, ANYTHING AT ALL to get the mounting problems off the front page. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if tomorrow NASA was asked to startup an emergency asteroid deflection project.
I think that the question needs to be asked. At this rate, WHO will actually want the job of President in 2016?

I believe the world’s oceans are something that Kerry and this entire administration ought to get to the bottom of.
