LOS ANGELES (AP) — Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling’s team of lawyers has hired four private investigation firms to dig up dirt on the NBA’s former and current commissioners and its 29 other owners, a person familiar with Sterling’s legal strategy said.
Investigators were given a six-figure budget over the next 30 days to examine the league’s finances, allegations of previous discriminatory conduct and compensation to past Commissioner David Stern and current Commissioner Adam Silver, said the person who spoke to The Associated Press on Thursday night on condition of anonymity. The person wasn’t authorized to talk publicly.

Good analysis. It was stupid of him not to take the $2 billion - about 4x what the team is worth - but this should get interesting.
There was a rush to judgment by the media over a private conversation. The guy was ‘dating’ a black chick (half black) and is paying millions to black players. How racist is he exactly?
It was a political move to keep blacks ‘oppressed’ and indignant.
Hope he digs up dirt on all of them and shuts them down.
His comments were bad because he said don’t bring black people to games. It was very embarrassing for those comments to be made public. I’m sure he would not have said things of that nature if he knew they would ever be public.

First off these comments were private. Second off they were taken out of context. Thirdly he was baited by his golddigger mistress. Fourthly it is illegal to tape someone without their permission in California thus the tapes were illegal and should be disregarded. Fifthly he was guilty of a “thought crime”. What should be the punishment for a racist? Lose their job, home, their only means of making a livelihood? Death? Their is no evidence he actually discriminated against anybody.
He should also invoke the ADA. Age related memory loss and erratic behavior is a disability. The NBA, regardless of any provision in their governing documents, is legally obligated to refrain from discriminatory actin AND provide reasonable accomidations to him.
Sterling is a racist scumbag, of course. But the NBA is filled with scumbag, both in the owners boxes and on the court. I’m going to enjoy it if this turns into a circular firing squad.

When I was young, behavior of these kinds of thugs was openly mocked. Now it is protected behavior. I wouldn't want anyone like Miley Cyrus, the Kardashians or any other trash coming near my property. Just because someones skin color is favored by the MSM and liberal elitist doesn't get a pass from me. And it shouldn't from anyone else.

The open mistress lizard person named V says they recorded their conversations all the time I guess, he supposedly wanted to go back and listen to the crazy stuff he said and then couldn’t remember. So she says he knows he was recorded, it’s something an 80 year old billionaire wackadoo with an open mistress does I guess. Which sounds plausible. He supposedly is claiming he didn’t know he was being recorded in that specific instance.
