A state AG somewhere needs to claim jurisdiction on some aspect of it and begin the investigation and issue enforceable subpoenas there. My vote is for Mike DeWine, Ohio A.G. and conservative Republican. Lerner claimed it started in Cincinnati, so be it. Let's get this ball rolling.
I suggest Gitmo, which will be empty of Taliban Terrorists very soon.

I believe I read that she could only be held in the Congressional jail as long as the current sitting congress is in power. So I’d jail her this coming January when the new Congress is seated and she can be given a full two years in the slammer to think about it.
seems I remember something called the RICO act.
It was to help authorities go after criminal conspiracies and prosecute them and put their sorry asses in prison.
Seems to me that completely encompasses this obammy and company.
