It is already on the discount rack at Kroger.
I’m guessing it’s costing S&S about $5.00/unit to print the hardback version and a little less on the softcover. If it is true that they printed up a million copies they’ve lost quite a bit on her not including the $14 million.

Rushes book is still a best seller over all books sold on Amazon.
