At least Powerline’s blog should get the facts straight, IRS mail servers are not Outlook servers, outlook is a mail client not a server. The server is called Microsoft Exchange.

Not really. It is against the law to purge emails that conduct government business. Any email purged from electronic media must first be hard copied due to FOI ACT. Lerner either has to produce them or she will end up in a court of law for violating that law.
