“Isn’t destroying evidence a felony?”

Only if you have someone with the guts and ethics to prosecute you for it.

Subpoena the integrators that charged the taxpayers millions of dollars fore “reliable” infrastructure.

Computer Forensic companies could find copies of those emails with little trouble. You can write over digital records multiple times and “ghosts” of the “lost” emails remain. Typically, to truly erase a digital record it takes much more than writing over it. Scrubbing software, which will do the trick, typically writes over digital records over 30 times in order to make it unrecoverable.

Having been involved in serious litigation in which recovering email records from hard disks that had been de-fragged and written over was critical to our defense, I can with certainty say that everything about these recent IRS excuses is simply bogus.

The IRS has for decades operated without legal oversight. They believe themselves above the silly laws written by elected legislators. So now they just lie with impunity and do as they please, serving the current criminal enterprise regime in worshipful fashion. ... And the fools in Congress are going to allow this criminal wing to run the entire healthcare system via extra-legal intimidation, just as their master oligarchs have ordered them to do. Republicants have enabled this aborting of the Republic

Just a stupid question but didn’t her emails go to someone.

NO!

She sent them all to herself and her computer, along with the email server "crashed" (whoopsy-doo).

None of these computers were backed up you see and the data can't be forensically restored - you know - like Geek Squad does every day with a crashed drive.

Now shush.
