Assuming you're talking about millennials/young[er]-adults in-general I think you may be a bit harsh on them — the economy is really bad (though surprisingly good when you consider all the crap DC is pushing), there's a lot of "entry level" jobs that demand two- to five-years of in-field experience.
Not talking about millennials in general, only ones who live in DC and suck off some government funded non-profits.
