Justina Pelletier is coming home.

A Massachusetts judge ordered the 16-year-old Connecticut girl, who was taken from her family by child welfare advocates more than a year ago, to be returned to her mother and father effective Wednesday. The ruling caps a long-running medical custody dispute that began when two highly-respected Boston hospitals clashed over the girl's diagnosis. The case sparked national outrage, and led Lou and Linda Pelletier, of West Hartford, Conn., to wage a bitter legal battle.

The family is from Connecticut; the problems were with hospitals in MA. Let’s say I’d never set foot in MA again, except for the lawsuit I’d bring against the people/institutions that did this.

I have no doubt the state will send the parents a Bill for the whole time she was in state custody to include all medical treatment bills.

Just wait and see!

Idiots who do this kind of thing need to be made to pay some sort of a personal price for it.

I suspect you’re right.

And then it will be if you don’t sue us the bill goes away...

And then no one is actually held accountable for all this.

They may have even had to sign some nondisclosure and no-sue guarantees, but after the girl is home, and somewhat settled, they need to find some good laywers.

Anything they signed won't be binding on Justina once she turns 18. Then she gets to blame all her troubles on Boston Children's and any other available deep pockets. May she prevail! May they be stripped of unnecessary assete!

The child welfare people should be prosecuted for child abuse. Naturally nothing will be done. This type of child trafficking and kidnapping by these control freaks goes on all the time. Mostly, it is a way to get control of other people’s lives.

I’m not one for lawsuits, but this family needs to sue Boston Children’s Hospital, the jerk resident from that hospital that started all of this, DCF and just about everybody else that was involved in this horror!

People need to be taught a lesson! The best way to do that is to hit them in their damned wallet!

Thank you, Jesus, and thank you, Mike Huckabee, for keeping Justina in the news.

“The judge granted the girl’s wish, after the Massachusetts DCF filed a motion agreeing that the teenager should be returned to her family. Alec Loftus, a spokesman for Massachusetts Health and Human Services Secretary John Polanowicz, confirmed to FoxNews.com last week that the agency was no longer planning to fight the case.”

So the judge only let her go home because DCF filed the motion agreeing to it. NOT because it was right.

They are from the movie:

Oh Brother Where Art Thow? Cohen brother film set in the depression based on Homer's Oddesy with George Clooney. Outstanding movie.

What the heck are those images from?

They are from the film O Brother Where Art Thou, when a racist politician was run out of a town meeting on a rail, due to the popularity of a mixed-race singing group.

“The slime who made this poor girl and her family suffer should be horse whipped.”

That would be the judge may he rot in Hell.

Thank God! Some good news for a change.

Prayers for Justina for a complete recovery of her health.

This is one of the most bizarre stories of government abuse of a citizen and her family, that I have ever heard (And this is without even getting into the Off-The-Charts medical malpractice).

Everyone needs to know Justina's story.

Thanks to Glenn Beck and Fox News personalities for keeping focus on her plight.
