Conservative Intelligence Briefing ^ | June 20 2014 | David Freddoso

During a House Ways and Means Committee hearing earlier today, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen refused to take any responsibility or apologize for his agency’s loss of subpoenaed records in the IRS targeting scandal.

As Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., berates him in the clip below, Koskinen defiantly insists that his agency did nothing wrong in failing to inform Congress months earlier that the records no longer existed.

Trying to gain street cred with conservatives no doubt. Too bad, Ryan. You blew it with Shamnesty. Besides, we already know this guy is a liar. The hard-drives were destroyed by him personally, to cover up his criminal activity. The fact it took until now for someone to say it is a travesty.

It’s a lesser evil. We need more of that. It works so well for America.

Yeah, he really tore up Joe Biden in that debate, didn't he?

He was too distracted to do that with Biden laughin' and a grinnin' through it all.

No, the IRS commish bared his fangs & said “Screw you, Republicans!”

And the House Dems apologized to him. The one party police state is here.

Posturing by Ryan.

Paul Ryan = yet another spokesclown for the NWO-controlled FedGov.

McCain is who Paul Ryan wants to be.

I read elsewhere that Mr. IRS said that he was refusing to turn over to Congress any more information or even information on the supposed search for information because it was being “distorted” by Republicans!

How can he simply refuse to provide information to Congress?

Republican Candidates who lost to a Democrat in 2010 or 2012 should file a lawsuit to overturn the election and have another after the Conservative orgs discriminated against are allowed to organize and raise funds. The fact the IRS can’t produce documents works against them and Plaintiffs could win a default or similar decision..

Do Congress people still actually have some sort of duties to perfom other than berating people? ‘Seems that’s what most of them do most of the time.

How about actually “acting” on this otherwise feigned outrage for a change?

Though it seems to me that most of the Congress is in on soetoro’s Treason with him.

And how can an appointed official publically express a partisan opinion that determines his noncompliance?

Now, if the Republicans take over Congress, all bets are off. Of course, they did so in 1994 and Slick Willie pretty much sandbagged them up until the Monica affair.

This regime is essentially lawless. The IRS chief could have stood up, pointed his finger around the hearing room, shouted “You guys are audited!” and stormed out. What would their recourse be?

Boehner should have a contempt citation written up and he should schedule a full House vote next Monday, and an immediate referral to a Court for a hearing..

And he should have a Bill prepared to immediately defund the IRS until they fully comply with all the supeonas.

Doesn’t matter if either action stands a chance of getting any results. Just do it.

Again, the IRS is the life blood for those in DC, the miss handling of this IRS affair by the congressional leaders (Bonehead, Cantor, McCarthy) by not laying the ground work to hold IRS individuals accountable and not appointing a special investigative committee early on was part of the plan for the issue to die with no one being held accountable. Maybe it’s time to move the US AG position out from under the service of the President.

Too bad they can’t just say that because all the important emails are missing we have decided there is a mass cover up going on and you will all be sentenced to jail. That’s what would happen to citizens if they tried this. It’s just outrageous.
