When two or more people conspire to commit criminal acts, it is a conspiracy. It’s a theory until proven true. In this case the conspiracy is so obvious that it proves itself.
This corrupt White House knows more about criminal conspiracy than anyone.
This is binary. Either the agencies are all out of control and Obama should be impeached for incompetence and deriliction or the agencies are acting under his authority and he should be impeached for High Crimes.
In either case the fact that the GOP has for years covered for this crap and refuses to prosecute or impeach anyone shows that America is already gone and we simply refuse to admit it.
