As hard as it is for me to understand, most people don’t want freedom. At least they don’t want “your” freedom. They want to force everyone to conform to their set of beliefs. The most obvious example, of course, is Islam but our own “dear leader” has the same tendencies. Thus we get PC, hate crimes, gay liberation (where everyone conforms to the gay lifestyle) and on and on.
