Stop the cr*p that Tea Party candidates are yokels, who put their feet in their mouths.

Oh PULEEEEZE! Look who is in the “Won” Column and who is in the “Lost” Column. We gave away two Senate seats (MO and IN) that should have been slam-dunks.

The very last thing Iowa wants is a conservative representing ANY district in the state.

You ever heard of Steve King (R-IA4)?

Anyone—even those missing a couple fingers—can count House members to his right on one hand.

You are correct, friend. I did indeed forget Steve King. I stand corrected.

This article represents a desperate Dem attempt to smear David Young. I do not envy the Third District delegates, having to choose between several outstanding candidates. I am sure that 99% of the Republicans will unite behind Young. Radical Staci Appel in Congress is too horrible to contemplate.

Atkins for one, was not a Tea Party person. And what was Karl Roves winning percentage, 2%?

You're spouting establishment ruling party crap that the Tea Party loses elections by only focusing on the Tea Party. In your two examples, you're wrong already 50% of the time. Stuff it.

Next you'll tell us that the Tea Party are nec-confederate, KKK, racists, bigots, religious fanatics. That's where you're heading.

I don’t know where in the world you came up with all of that crap. Are you drinking or smoking something? In the first place, I AM A TEA PARTIER. I just made an observation that our candidates need some training on how to run a campaign and avoid media pit falls and you went crazy. You lost all credibility right off by not even knowing that the candidate’s name is Akin; not Atkins. Never get on the computer when you are drunk or high.

I have a short fuse. Why do just Tea Party candidates need training? The entire GOP needs training in communications. They're the only political party on the planet that uses the "strategy" of not communicating with voters. And when they do actually communicate, they suck. What's the Tea Party's winning percentage compared with Karl Rove? It's a hell of a lot better. so, stop blaming the Tea Party.

I have a friend like you and he accepts the conventional wisdowm far too much, like Sharon Angle was a moron. He believed that until he met her and heard her speak in person. He was affected by the mainstream/democrap blather, just as you are.

It's the MSM/dhimmicrat spin, that Tea Party candidates are morons, yokels and not ready for primetime. You've bought into that.

OK, going on memory I got Akins wrong, it doesn't change the fact that he wasn't the Tea Party preferred candidate and as I recall, he'd been a multi-term GOP congresscritter. Getting elected and being in office and being a professional politician doesn't mean you can actually know what your job is and do it competently. In the industries I've worked in, most GOP members of congress would have been fired for incompetence decades ago, because they can't do the basics of their job: communicate with voters.
