I occasionally attend Mass with a family member who is Catholic...so I am not a Catholic basher (though I do like a lively discussion of the doctrinal differences from time to time between the Catholic Church and Protestants...but nothing too serious).

If any bashing occurs on this thread, let's politely ask them if they would please stay on topic.

I’m not Catholic either, and as I previously posted there are the usual suspects that take an article like thus and turn it into a holy war. That has not happened on this thread, but it is the type of article that typically generates those comments.
