Not that I want Rangel around a moment longer, I do not. However, if Rangel was smart he would change with the times and make attempts to appeal to the hispanic community. If you take a good look at Rangel and La Pacha, his much younger campaign rival, La Pacha looks as though he could be Rangel’s son or grandson. Rangel looks more a mulatto or carribean black anyway. But he’s too set in his rabble rousing ways.
