There will be lots of undoing by the next elected Republican President.

First they should undo all if not most of Obama executive orders. Undo some land grabs and remove stupid EPA policies.

A little more context (paraphrased):

Overturned was an EPA requirement that industrial companies undergoing expansion or constructing new plants that would increase overall carbon pollution must evaluate ways to reduce emissions. The court ruled EPA lacks authority to force companies to do so in all cases.

...the next elected Republican President... should undo all if not most of Obama executive orders.

Actually, ALL of them. It may take the first six months of his Presidency, but it is imperative to remove these evil edicts from government. Particularly to fire all the sodomites.

Uh no the Supremes gave the EPA almost everything they asked for. SCOTUS is as corrupted as the rest of the government.

The last thing we should do is listen to McCain and right away not use executive orders or to not play the same games with rules in the House and Senate that the Democrats have.

Put our house in order, then play being ladies and gentlemen.

Maybe it's early. I got the impression that things were limited to new plants? If so that can get reversed when a Republican with huevos comes to office.

I thought at least it didn't effect current plants.

“Actually, ALL of them. It may take the first six months of his Presidency, but it is imperative to remove these evil edicts from government. Particularly to fire all the sodomites.”

Owebama took it upon himself to declare that every Fed contractor had to hire and grant benefits to queers and their ‘partners’..Wifbands.

If he has the power to that, the next POTUS has the power to demand that the queers all be fired, and no company that hires them can have a government contract.

Any legal action by a branch of government has to work both ways.

Hopefully you are right but I’m trying to think of one possible candidate for POTUS who is saying they will shut down or even curtail the EPA if elected. Newt said he would shut it down. I think Perry would at least put a giant crimp in it. He hates the EPA for all the carpola they have given Texas.

Bottom line is if the EPA is allowed to shut down the 292 coal fired power plants they have ordered closed then we will be paying an excessive amount of money for electricity and probably facing shortages such as brown outs and even black outs. Its very very serious.

We are looking at installing off grid solar. We are afraid they will go to rationing. I don’t want to be without electricity for 12 hours a day.

One signature on one piece of paper that says: Executive Orders 12-3333 are hereby rescinded. She should go all the way back to the early 60s if not further.
