I doubt Thad will win. The folks who voted for him tonight because they thought he’d bring in the bacon were fools. There’s tens of thousands of Republicans who will not be there in November.
Cochran may as well congratulate Childers on the win.
It’s like an American president bringing in foreign mercenaries to suppress a vote then expecting those foreign mercs to respect American sovereignty. Cochran’s paid guns won him an election tonight but they’re not loyal to him and are already making plans to dispatch the old disloyal fool.

They need to be called and told WHY. Maybe if they hear it enough it will sink in.
Cochran might as well be a democrat... and besides if McDaniel’s did run - he might win. But your point is well taken. Splitting the vote has risks - it could elect a democrat. But a point would be made: that if a RINO asks for democrat support in the primaries he’ll lose in the general... In the short run it might hurt us - in the long run it would send a powerful message.
Tell the RNC/NRSC to pound MS Dem sand.
The GOPe paid for robocalls that called McDaniel a racist for opposing obamacare. That’s scorched earth down here that will not be forgotten.

With the IRS emails scandal exploding, we are going to NEED good choices on the Nov. ballot. I agree, he needs to stay in, for the good of the country.
What do Rove and GOPe think this does for their fund-raising? Do they think people want to open their wallets to Republicans who turn Democrat when convenient?

Cant do that and support lesser evil at the same time so I see a binary problem here. Strange how many choose the wrong path.

Don’t try to make deals with God? Accept that He knows what He is doing. This is a pyritic win for the GOPe. They will have pizzed so many of us conservatives off with using Demscum to beat the TEA Party candidate that they will pay for it in the long run. Short run, too.
