Its a bizarre and foolish law that invites crossovers to disrupt races.

If I understand correctly democrats can vote in the GOP runoff if they didn’t vote in the democrat primary.

It’s an even sicker tyrant that would exploit this bad law by calling upon the ‘other side’ to vote for him in order to trump the will of the people.
