Lerner "accidentally" receiving....and opening ....US mail addressed to Sen Grassley is a federal offense----in legal terms: tampering with US mail. Mail tampering refers to the willful theft, destruction or opening of the mail of another person without their consent. The moral equivalent of the Watergate break-in.

I haven't seen any of this in the news stories... (surprise surprise) but it's important... Good catch.

I think it’s crucial to investigate why they considered Grassley a dangeer to “the next election cycle.”

As I posted above, Grassley was trying to protect Americans——but Team Obama obviously considered this an attempt to thwart his election schemes......that they actually committed a federal offense to stop him.
